Professional Statement
Dr. David A. Lewis completed his training at Harvard, in Boston, Massachusetts in Head and Neck Surgery at the Combined Otolaryngology Program. He then went on to complete an advanced fellowship in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Lewis graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City with Honors. His training is particularly strong in Rhinology (Nasal and Sinus Disease) and Facial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Lewis has been a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society since 2001. He was a Clinical Fellow at Harvard Medical School from 2001 to 2006. Dr. Lewis received the AAFPRS Travel Award in 2006 and the Harry Sacks Research Fellowship in 1998. Dr. Lewis is on staff at Englewood Hospital in Englewood, Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck and Hudson Crossing Ambulatory Surgical Center in Fort Lee.
