Dr. Gritsus is a general surgeon with a practice dedicated to minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Gritsus received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Pavlov Medical University in St. Petersburg, Russia. He received his Postgraduate Medical Training at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey/Morristown Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Gritsus conducted research in Cardiomyopathy and Heart Failure in the Department of Cardiology at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. Dr. Gritsus was invited to work as a Senior Scientist at Johnson and Johnson, Inc a leading pharmaceutical company. There he conducted research in tissue repair and regeneration, resultant in a patent submission and several groundbreaking scientific discoveries.
Dr. Gritsus has been in private practice in Northern New Jersey since 2003. His philosophy involves a scientific approach to the treatment of various surgical conditions.
